Active Learning in the Early Years

Children learn by doing, through competency-based or skills-based learning, through play (not really), through exploring, creating, imagining etc. What do these claims mean and how do they look in the Early Years (PK - K) classroom?

We know that the best learning is active, and the younger the learner, the more active the better. In this seminar, we explore "active learning" and a few plug-and-play, teacher-friendly active learning approaches.

This session is especially useful for teachers in experiential programmes such as Cambridge International, High Scope, IB, Montessori and Reggio. Ask us about other programme and methodology coaching and short courses for Early Years and the Lower Primary (G1 - 4, 1º ciclo) level.
