Are you a Chilean teacher interested in or thinking of teaching in the USA? Recruiters have started recently targetting Chilean teachers and there's a reason for this. Additionally, most, if not all, of these recruiters are paid a commission for every Chilean teacher they recruit, and may not be completely transparent or completely open in what they share.

Much of the "advice" on socal media is inaccurate or incomplete and sorting the good from the bad can be at best difficult; find out what is and what is not from someone who has actually been on the hiring side.
Many schools in Chile describe themselves as "international", but are they? Others say they offer "international programmes" or "international examinations" but do they? Do these terms mean something, or are they merely marketing mumbo-jumbo? Is an "international school" really an "international" school?
