January 2024 Professional Development and Personal Growth : Professional Conversations and Governance Issues

Welcome to our fourth programme of summer professional development and support for teachers, educational leaders and administrators. Maintaining range and fluency while teaching beginners or younger learners is at best challenging, and many if not most teachers have been unable to manage either or both in today's reality. We all need adult conversation, and these Advanced Discussion practice sessions provide just that.

The day before each session, we will send a short text, texts or video relating to the topic to prompt discussion. All viewpoints and experiences are welcome as we solve the world's (educational) problems. A minimum C1-level is assumed.
